Lucky ME

I'm lucky for couple days now because I able to catch some fishes from PPP and my posts get approve quick. Thanks PPP!!! Carshow & Party Time

Yesterday before we went to Kyle's friend house to watch Pacman's fight on TV, we watched a car show at Toro Park first. It's about 30 minutes from our house. There were many nice cars displayed in there. There were new and old cars which you can really say WOW!!!! Anyhow, I took some pictures some of the cars.

Who is Hector Kabande?

Do you know Hector Kabande???I saw his name online as I didn’t do anything today but cuddling with my baby and browsing in the Internet while watching TV:) This guy is a son of the late Jose Encarnacion Kabande Dabdub. Hector is a renowned cook, who is noted for his spicy Mexican dishes. Whoohhh!! Husbee and I both love spicy foods. Because cooking is his hobby and passion he was able to own and operate a restaurants. He spends his time between Mexico and US. This guy must be a family oriented guy since he raised in a family where the most important values were family,great food and hospitality.

How's Everybody?

For me, during weekend is a family time. A time where we spend time with our family after a long week of work and also chasing opps hahahaha. So today, me and husbee got up late. We have brunch(breakfast & lunch) late at 2pm:-)Oh my! it's because we stayed up late lastnight. Now we're cuddling each other in the couch while watching movie. Later, we have friends over here in our house...

Radio Disney Summer Concert

It’s summer time! Are you guys are planning to go on a nice and fun vacation? If yes, then you should go and check this place Morey’ Piers in New Jersey. I never been in New Jersey but this summer I want to go there because I know that there’s a lot of Things to do in New Jersey. But poor me no budget this summer hahahaha...If only we have budget, Morey's Piers is one of the great place in New Jersey that I would love to go this summer. They have parks, restaurants and also great Wildwood events in there. I hear that they will have FREE Radio Disney Summer Concert Series next month that will be held in Wildwood, New Jersey at Morey's Piers. These would be really fun for people of all ages.

The concert will take place at the Radio Disney stage in Morey's Mariner's Landing pier on July 7th, 14th, and 21st featuring the Radio Disney's hottest musical artists. They call it Magic Mondays. I would really really love to go because I never been into the live concert which is FREE. July 26 would be the concert finale that will be held at the Wildwoods Convention Center Oceanfront Arena with Raven-Symone, Martin Lawrence and Mitchell Musso. This is a good time for me to meet this people in person:-)

When I was still in the Philippines, I used to watch Pacman's fight on the TV because I'm one of the million fans of Manny Paquiao. My husbee was amaze when I told him that I like boxing:-) He asked me who is my favorite boxer and I answered PACMAN. He knew Pacman because his friends at work like Pacman too. Husbee was not into boxing by then.

Before I moved here in the U.S., my dear husbee promised me that he's going to take me to the place where Pacman is going to fight once I get here. It happened November of 2006, Pacman had a fight in Las Vegas. So there you go we went to Vegas!!!

On October 2007, we went back to Vegas again just to watch Pacman vs. Barrera fight.That time we were very close to the ring. It was so much fun inside the arena!!!People were screaming to the max.

March 2008 Pacman had fight again. We just watched Live on TV. It was still fun hehehehe...And you know what??? Tomorrow, Pacman will fight against David Diaz. Let's support our "kababayan boxer". Kyle and I will watch his fight tomorrow afternoon. Surely it's going to be really fun.

My husbee and I like to travel a lot. He takes me to different places that I never been into. We both like going camping and 4wheeling. One of the places he wants to go next is the City of Colorado Springs. But I said, Oh my! it's too far for us to drive and what if our car broke down or crash. Today I feel lazy. I don't even do our laundry. I'm bad girl. Recycles - Bottles & Cans

I'm now tired after being pissed off when I open PPP there are a lot of fishes. Because of my excitement, I don't know what opps to click. I end up getting the small fish. Maybe one day I'll get lucky in chasing opps in PPP:-)

Footprints in the Sand

One day Kyle and I went to Morro Bay. We had a date in the beach....we just walk in the seashore because the water was freezing. But we had fun!!!
While we were walking, I told my husbee Kyle that we're going to step in the sand at the same time so I can take a picture of our footprints:-)

Introducing the 1st Cordless Vacuums

Being a wifey it's our job to clean the house. For me it's my daily routine unless I feel lazy hhehehe. But I'm lucky because my dear husband always helps me out in cleaning the house especially when I'm studying for my exams. I don’t have to tell him to do it. Online Class Is Not For Me

I have been thinking of dropping my online class. It's good because I can make my own time and save money for gas. However, I kind of don't like it aside the fact that it is "self-teaching"...last Monday I sent an email to my teacher and I asked some questions but I never hear from him.The other night I took the 1st quiz but while I was doing my quiz, my internet went down and my laptop crashed.bummer!!! When I get connected to the internet, I logged back in and try to open the quiz again but it said "Sorry, you already have taken this exam". I understand it, since we have time limit to do the quiz. I called the helpdesk in the middle of the night because I want to get it done before the due date. But then I was told to contact my instructor. So, I emailed my instructor for the 2nd time again. I even tried to call him but no answer. He must enjoying his vacation since he's out of the country.

Today, I'm going to call my school to find out if I can still get a refund. I hope it's not too late yet.

Let's Educate Them

I observe that many of my classmates in school get pregnant at their young age. I’m not saying that it is bad. I think as long as they are responsible enough to take care their kids it’s ok to have dozens of babies. I mean responsible enough to provide the physical, emotional, financial, and whatever needs of their children. Having a baby is a big responsibility. But some people just keep having babies even though they can’t even afford to send their children to school or feed them. This is very common in the Philippines and some other part in Asian countries and even here in the U.S. American teenage girls get pregnant which sometimes end up to abortion. I think that these people need to be educated. This can be done through watching Sex Health and STD Testing videos. Update About my Doctor's Appointment

Prior to this post, I mentioned about me going to the opthalmologist. I really did without any doubts before I lose my one eye:-) I went there alone since my dear husbee had an out post training for his work. That was my first time going to that place and I was lost because I missed the turn. Good thing I left the house early because I was able to get there on time. Obviously, I'm not good in reading the map hehehe...

When I got there, I signed up paperworks. I waited for my name to be called. After they called my name, they started checking my eyes while asking some questions. Then they put 3 drops into both of my eyes which make me feel blind :) My eyes became sensitive to the light for couple hours and affect my vision. It was weird feeling. After couple minutes the opthalmologist checked my eyes and get ready to remove the particle in my eyes. The doctor said "WOW this is very impressive and you are tough lady". According to him it's impressive because the particle was still in my eyes for 6 days after soaking with water and I'm a tough lady because I didn't go to the doctor right away, I just carry the particle with me the whole time:) To finish this story quick, the foreign particle in my right eye is removed and gone. They gave me prescribe medicine that I have to put in my eye 4x a day. The doctor told me to come back on friday.

My Doctor's Appointment

Last Tuesday, I trimmed my flowers in our yard and all of sudden something hit my eyes. I think it was a "small rock" or something (not really sure what was it). It hurts my eyes so bad. I soaked my eyes with water for long time but still hurts. So last Saturday, I decided to go to the doctor in Harden Medical Center because I don't want to lose my one eye hehehehe. Who wants to lose their eyes anyways. But the doctor referred me to the opthalmologist because my eyes has foreign particle that stick in the side of my cornea. Oh boy the foreign particle must like my eyes:-)It bothers me.

Today is my schedule to go to the opthalmologist. Guys, I'll keep you posted after my doctor's appointment.

Summer Class is Going to Start

Oh my gosh !!! The time goes by really quick. My 2 weeks vacation from school is over already. Monday 6/23 will be the 1st day of summer school. This morning before I went to work, I checked my email and I got an email reminder from my teacher.
Below is the email I got.

Welcome to the summer session of the course entitled, Cultural Anthropology (ANT 2) Online. This course will be 100% taught online, which means we will not see each other at all during its six-week duration. The very first thing you need to do is log in by going to the URL http://www.hartnell.org and follow the directions on the main page. Once in, make sure you complete the Online Orientation and Orientation Quiz, then proceed with the Week 1 assignments. I am updating the lectures, quizzes and projects to reflect this short summer semester, so please do not start completing Week 1 until Monday, June 23, 2008. This is my 1st online class ever because in the Philippines never took online class. My school in there don't offer online classes. But here in the U.S., yes they do! either in community colleges or universities. This summer I prefer to take online class to save money for gas. I don't have to go to school for just 1 class everyday. It's a waste of gas and money. However when I got the email today and read the instructions,I got confuse and was thinking of dropping the class heheheh. I think this class is not that hard but I'm just worried of how this online class works since this is my first time. But I guess I just have to spend more time in reading the instructions so that I will know what to do next:-) I just want to take this class this summer so that I will only have 1 class left for the fall semester and apply into the RN program after.

How was my day?

When I woke up early this morning, I was tired but excited because it's my "orientation day" at work. The orientation schedule starts at 8am but I got there in the facility around 7:15am hehehehe. Very early but then I forgot to bring my SS card and my green card with me. Oh boy!!! But my employer said it's ok because I can give it to her tomorrow.

So, my day was good. I get paid for listening in 8 hours:-)During the orientation, I was thinking of chasing opps in PPP though hahahaha funny me! So far, I think the work place is good. I seen Filipino workers in there. Hopefully I will like this work place or else I have to move on and find somewhere else that I'm comfortable to work with. I'm really excited to work since this is my very first real job. This is my stepping stone in pursuing my goal to be a registered nurse. I decided to work because I only have few pre req classes left before I apply into the RN program. I will be done with my pre req classes at the end of this year. Anyway I'm now out of the topic hehehe...I have to go to bed now. Goodnight everyone!!!

Scrubs For Me

I'm suppose to go in town today to buy scrubs because I need it for work. My orientation will be on Wednesday and I'm excited about it. Lastnight, husbee and I were talking about me going to town to buy my uniform while he's at work. When I woke up this morning, I didn't feel good for some reasons. I just get my CNA Certification

After a long time of waiting, I finally receive my CNA certification today. So, I called the lady who hired me 2 weeks ago and let her know that I have my official certification now. She told me that my orientation is going to be on Wednesday 6/18. Thanks God!

2. Where did you go in your first date?***I flew from Davao City to Manila to meet him at first time, then we both flew back to Davao and he met my family and then....... He took me to Boracay!!!

3. When was your first intimate kiss?***WOW what an interesting question is this! The very moment we meet each other, we didn't get to have intimate kiss because I was shock to see a guapo white boy and I covered my face:-) He hugged me tight though. We had intimate kiss by the time we got to his hotel room when we both aren't nervous no more hehehe.

4. How many girlfriends/boyfriends he/she had in the past? Do you honestly know***Whooohhhh too many to mention :-) and I'm the lucky girl.

6. What is his/her favorite food?***adobo, a little bit of this and little bit of that:-)he's not picky at all

7. What is he/she like if he/she is mad?***Before when I get mad, he gets mad too =FIGHT...Now? he just stay quiet and leave me alone.

8. What are the things he/she did you thought is the most romantic thing he'd/she'd ever done?***Oh boy! he's really sweet. He did a lot of nice romantic things to me from the very start. He always takes care of me. Taking me to different places, sending me to school, buying me stuffs that I never had before.......and a lot more. He cooks and does all the house chores when I'm studying.

9. Describe how he/you proposed to you.***Hhmmm that was April 28, 2006:-) he went to my parent's place in the province which is 3 hrs or so away from Davao City. That was sweet of him! After we had dinner he asked me if he can talk to my parents. So, I answered why not. I just need to interpret hehehehe. I didn't have any idea what he's gonna say at all. He went to the kitchen where my "mama" & "papa" are. He started talking to my parents by saying thank you and blah blah....later on he asked permission from my parents (that he's going to take me away from them) char! After all, he asked me "Baby will you marry me?" with his knee down while giving me a "gift box" infront of my parents. Gosh I think that was really a cute scene :-)Of course I answered a big YES to him. I opened the gift box and it was the engagement ring! He put the ring into my finger and gave me a kiss to the max and lifted me up.

Bonding Time with my Baby

Prior to this post, I said I owe to my husbee. I owe bonding time with him :-) Now, we just finish our dinner and he asks me to watch movie with him. So this means I can't be sitting here too long in front of my laptop. Oh boy! I can't chase opps in PPP. My baby wants to spend time watching movie with me. I think spending time with him is more important than chasing opps. Anyway I can chase opps some other day!

After watching movie, we're going to bed early since I didn't get a good sleep for almost 2 weeks. That's why I'm sick now...Early tomorrow we will go to Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, and Pismo Beach.

Spring Semester Is Over

Yehey!!!yesterday was my last day of school. Finally done of my final exams. Now I have 2 weeks off from school. After 2 weeks, I will be busy again because I registered for summer class(online class though)and will be working once I get my official CNA certification.

Gosh! school is tiring but oh well this for our future. I didn't get to sleep with my husbee for a week because I was studying for my final. He complained and said "it seems like it's been year already" hahahaha! Now I owe him. You know what I mean? :-)I also owe a lot of thanks to the people who visited my blogsite and to those who left messages. I was not able to hop for couple days. Thanks alot!!!

Yesterday was my 2nd day of chasing opps in PPP. But I was not lucky. I saw white opps but then I can't believe how quick other bloggers grab the opps because after I click reserve then answer the basic questions, the opps turned into gray already. I don't know if my internet connection has something to do with it. Is there any trick to get the opps???

Cute Electric Car

My husbee and I are checking for 100% electric cars since gas are very expensive right now. Since my car is not a gas saver, husbee wants to get an electric car for me that I can drive going to school everyday. Anyway eventhough we don't have budget yet we're still checking on it hehehe:-)

I signed up for PPP

First of all, I heard about blogging since last year from my friend Jackie. But I didn't really care because I thought it's not worth it and just a waste of time. But one day another friend of mine Myrna joined into the blogosphere. I used to read both of their blogs (Jackie & Myrna) and other bloggers. One thing that caught to my attention was getting paid from blogging by the advertising sites like Payperpost(PPP). That's what makes me eager in joining into the blogging community.

So I started blogging April 25th of this year and so far I enjoy doing it. Aside from that, I make new friends from all over the world, learn new stuff, hear news updates, able to read reviews of different products and services.
