Online Class Is Not For Me

I have been thinking of dropping my online class. It's good because I can make my own time and save money for gas. However, I kind of don't like it aside the fact that it is "self-teaching"...last Monday I sent an email to my teacher and I asked some questions but I never hear from him.The other night I took the 1st quiz but while I was doing my quiz, my internet went down and my laptop crashed.bummer!!! When I get connected to the internet, I logged back in and try to open the quiz again but it said "Sorry, you already have taken this exam". I understand it, since we have time limit to do the quiz. I called the helpdesk in the middle of the night because I want to get it done before the due date. But then I was told to contact my instructor. So, I emailed my instructor for the 2nd time again. I even tried to call him but no answer. He must enjoying his vacation since he's out of the country.

Today, I'm going to call my school to find out if I can still get a refund. I hope it's not too late yet.
